3D design & printing (Y2 – Y6)

Where: The City School
Who: Y2 – Y6
When: 7 September – 17 December 2026
Teacher: Ms Goldmhie

Children design an object that does not exist yet, then print it and find out if it works.

THE LOOP
Model it, print it, test it, find the fault, change the model, print again. The first print is a draft. A lesson period never has room for the second one.

WHAT THEY TAKE HOME
The object and the file. Every design has a job to do: fit something, move, hold weight, or repair something broken.
