Dot Painting (K2 – Y6)
Where: The City School
Who: K2 – Y6
When: 8 September – 18 December 2025
What: Dot Painting
Teacher: Amy Diener
The dot painting program is designed by New York dot artist of Bangkok, Amy Diener. Dot painting is a calming, therapeutic art practice that supports mindfulness, patience, and emotional well-being. Students will explore subjects like mandalas, portraits, animals, and nature scenes using methods such as walking, lining, and layering the dots—tailored to all skill levels.
Each child receives a personal art kit with dotting tools, acrylic paints, and surfaces like canvases, pendants, and keychains used throughout the course. Guided by Amy’s skilled teaching team, students are encouraged to express themselves with choice and independence in their creations, one dot at a time!
Returning students will enjoy new materials, new techniques, and deeper skill development.
